Superjet fuel tank.. should it sizzle a bit when open fuel cap?

Heard people talking about this but what is right answer..

Should there be a little pressure or not. And if do what cause it?

yes.slight pressure is normal.

Like mention above ^^ it's normal. But to answer your question, with no other leaks in the system, the fuel tank check valve allows pressure to build as the temp rises...
