Why did i bother?

Our spot is gone 4 sure. Guy said we all need to use the ramp, no more dollies. Cracker fix yer phone. We'll have to check out the tidepool area again, someone bring a weedwacker.

I didn't even ride. Tons of fishing boats everywhere. No other skis anywhere on the beach. I cant wait to sell my house. This blows.

Wow a blocked blood vessel is bad news!! Take it easy and do what the docs say for sure. Well almost what they say. When I was in the hospital for my heart valve transplant I had to get up to take a leak. Sucked big time!

I'll go back down tomorrow morning to the tide pool side and hope that someone else shows up!

The wind died this afternoon up here in Cocoa Beach.

The spot is gone for sure. I've lost lots of places to launch my kites along the river due to rocks being put in. It's gonna really suck for lots of people. We used to beach and launch 20+ hobie cats there during races back in the late 90's. No picnics or enjoying the river for anyone except the f$$%#ing fishing people.
The shioty thing I saw most this morning was watching about a dozen people break their fishing line in the rocks. I can't believe that is allowed. It's total pollution and garbage being thrown into the water :banghead: I couldn't stick around much longer this morning 'cause I was getting so bummed out.

I do want to ride tomorrow and I don't mind the tidepool.

They said we'll have access to the back in January. We can still launch by hand and use the dolly when their not looking.

When you say "back", are you refering to the south side of the point? (same side as the boat ramp) I really don't have much of a problem launching at the boat ramp. It sucks but I don't have a problem adapting with change.

I wouldn't have a problem with launching at the boat ramp either, it's the beaching that might pose a slight issue. U know, with the rocks and such.

I do believe they arn't gonna rock all the way around the point to the ramp. Worse case is we will have to beach like 30 yards from the ramp on the same side.

that or,..... everyone bring a bag of sand with them.

It shouldn't take more than 15 years for us to make our own beach.

I've got a large pond in my front yard and my neighbor has an excavating bus. I figure if I fill the back of my truck every time I go it will only take 9 years 6 months. :dead1: That's going twice a month though.

I'm not going if i cant beach 'em. I dont mind using the ramp, but i need to beach it.

They said the very back will be used as a non-motorized craft unload area. Canoes, kyaks, kites and stuff. There will be rocks where we used to be so we'll scope it out in Jan to see how much beach we have left.
