sxr800 waterbox??

has anyone ever modified there sxr800 water box with any luck. if so what did you do and how did it turn out? any pics?

I think Bigkahuna and Gilgoneround both had modified OEM waterboxes.

I run TDRs.

Just spend the bucks and go with a TDR waterbox get the baffled one it has a sweet sound with out being to loud and is lighter than stock if you are not happy with it re sell it and if you are happy witch i know you will be then post your stock box up for sale and make back the price diffrence.

Ive heard u lose power with the tdr i am lookin into gettin one but concerned aboutpower loss

you and i both. i think im gonna pass after talking with Macc Racing and group K. and save the money and just get the wet pipe.

It's just like adding a WetWolf cone, you won't notice the power difference.
