sxr intake/carb alignment

Ive been getting my ski ready for Daytona. Ive noticed that the base of the rear carb is atleast an 1/8 of an inch out of alignment with the top of the intake. But the forward carb right on.

Can this cause any issues with the motor?

What do you think? Could be causing the engine chatter at idle?? It almost sounds like a piston skirt hitting the walls of the cylinder. It has fresh Group K top end tho.

Mine were like that somewhat, they need to be port matched for optimum flow.
