SXR Hours (stock 0 hr or modded 100hr)

I am thinking of picking up an SXR. I have 2 choices. Almost new <10 hours 2005 ski only, no mods for 3500.00. Or 2005 B-pipe, intake, ride plate, turf, bilge, cover, trailer for 4500.00 with 100 hours on it.

I have previously only owned Seadoo XP's. I just got a stock Superjet with <10 hours so I have no experience on Standups and what goes wrong at how many hours.

What can I expect to go wrong or what maintenance is needed at 50 hours, 100 hours, 200 hours, etc...

Is there quality difference between Yamaha or Kawasaki as far as maintenance?

Thanks

Depends on what you're going to do with it. If you want to race stock class with it, I'd buy the cherry one. If you want to jump waves, get the b-pipe one if it seems in good shape.

but it also matters if you are good enough to need a mod ski. because stock will obviously be more reliable. But the only engine mod is a pipe and thats a pretty good price so id say modded one
