sxr dry pipe question

for years ive run a waterline up the handlepole of my sj awesome !
so i did it with my new sxr with fpp dry as my sj but the water isnt warm
my buddies is the same way with the same set up
do we just need to restrict the water so pipe has time to heat up or does the kawie pipe just not get that hot?
both of us are running duel cooling 1 for motor and 1 for pipe just like on out sjs
having cold water sqirt on you sux!

hmmmmmmmm, run split cooling, the line from the motor run it up the pole, run the other through the pipe.

Jason, That's a stupid way to run dual cooling (in my opinon!), as the pipe will run too cold and not make the horsepower that it was designed for... if you want to run dual cooling, run like you would normaly would, using 1 line from head and then to pipe chamber, then you can use some of this hotter water exiting the pipe to warm you up!
