SXR 800 water routing help

Location

I have an 03 SXR and I'm installing an ADA girdled head. The compression was 150 rear and 125 front so i'm going to do the top end while it's apart. I still don't know why the front cyl has lower compression since i've only had it a couple months and i didn't check it when i bought it. Could the front cylinder be running too hot ? I have a Factory pipe, timing advance,V Force 3's, and rejetted stock carbs. It runs on the rich side but i left it alone cause i thought it would be easier on the engine. Is there a "BEST" way to route the water ? Any help would be appreciated - Thanks

The front cylinders tend to be the ones to go first when running the dry pipe. I believe it is too hot and then your piston starts to stick, causing problems, also there may be a need to add more fuel.

Are you running single or dual cooling? What is your water setup like right now?
