SXR 800/1100 owners Where are ya?

I have a 2012 SXR. Its my first stand up. its been a good ski and what seems like a good ski to learn on. Runs good other than requiring some throttle to start it in the water. It is all stock other than TBM ride plate and intake grate and some blowsion bars. What's cool is my wife has really enjoyed learning how to ride a stand up on it.

2017 sxr 1100 swap. Running well overall but could use some more bottom end punch. Shes a pig but, makes riding in the chop not so bad.
My wife rides my SXR a few times a year. She just took off on her TS for a river day with her friends.
What's the top speed on that thing?

The tuning screws on the carb a B to get to.. But running a bit rich now that its 100+ outside I am around 55mph going off garmin watch. Plan this winter to do a fresh top end (still on original 25 year old pistons/bore and add the R&D advance timing kit for more low end.

it was her first time going without me. They all had fun.
OEM SXR Cylinders and Cranks are basically on sale right now($800 and $900). Kawasaki must have done another run of them in the past couple years. They were much harder to find when I rebuilt my SXR in 2019 with a new crank and cylinder.

My wife loves our bone stock sxr, basically it was her first ski, now more and more she wants to ride my superjet because it has more power, but the sxr is still the go to and has been dead reliable which is nice. The sxr is great for letting new people try because it's easier to get going on than a superjet.
