sxi wet pipe, loose bolts

Hello, the three bolts holding the head pipe keep coming loose. Ive uses new bolts /lock washer and red lock tight. I even drilled and tapped the manifold 4 extra mm. deep to get more threads. All surfaces were cleaned and they still come loose. Does any one have any "extra" ways to hold this area secure. thanks

Drill. Tap and Helicoil or Inserts. :biggthumpup:

Since about 1993 I have redrilled and put in 7/16 -14's in probably 10-12 pipes. I also weld the water jacket hole to port bigger so then you dont have to worry about the 650 gasket biting.
