I am getting the worx extended plate. Now i wonder how much to shim it, saw you put six in back, one in front. If you don't mind; How much do you wiegh?
im 6/2 at 175lbs. i found it helps to look at your hull from the back and kind of mock up your ride plate by leaving the screws loose and angling it so it looks like it will be tilted down some at the back. then measuring or estimating the number of washers you will need between the hull and plate. go ride and see how it feels. adjust as necessary.
I just got worx d cut ride plate, I noticed i can go faster before it dolphins, but it still acts like flipper. I think i will try shimming.
Has anyone noticed a huge difference in riding with the worx plate? i was surprised how much of a difference it made in turning, still getting used to after a couple weeks.
