A friend just bought this ski that someone has hacked badly , I'm trying to get it back together for him , it's all stock , what are the carb specs ?

So far I've drilled out several broken bolts , just found the gas cap has no o ring in it and it's got junk diaphragms in it , wanting to get it reliable for him , as he's planning on teaching his son to ride
