I think I am going to rent a beachhouse there Sept 8-14 at the extreme east end of Surfside. I think its Swan Lake area of Surfside. It's the county beach so not subject to Surfside ordinances. Pit bike friendly, camp on the beach, surfcam, Most of the rentals show 20+ people capacity and the off season rates start Sept. 10th. Going to make a recon the 19-20th and check it out.

I am renting a house for 1 week.
Nobody took the lead so I chose the weekend the most people could be off
I can do Surfside or CB, prefer Surfside but if everybody wants CB thats cool,
we have a great time wherever we are.
Nobody seems very motivated for Sept and thats cool too,
CB or Surfside
I am gonna be there with Cindy and tthe girls, 2 standup, 2? couches,
having a blast. Everybody invited
