SURF SLAM 2010 Accomidation

Hey,

Im looking at heading ovet to the US for X games and SURF SLAM 2010. What is the best plan for accomidation for surf slam? As Im coming from New Zealand Im not really sure of the area and the best place to stay as I most likely won't have transport.

Any help on this would be appriciated

www.kiwandacoastalproperties.com is what we used last year. We were in Haystack Landing #182. Don't know if we'll make it again this year or not.

Not having transportation is going to be a problem unless you are with someone who does. For one, you need to get to Pacific City from Portland, about 2hrs away (or where ever you fly into), then you will need to drive from Pacific City to Tierra Del Mar where Surf Slam is, and that's about 5 miles north of Pac City.

Thanks for the info, those holiday homes look like the way to go. Were they all booked out last year? Im guessing I will have to book one soon! We have also sorted out some transport.
