Surfriding Surf riding in California or Oregon

I am planning to go surf riding in the next couple months, but dont know where to go? i have never ridden the surf, but love waves and freestyle. can someone tell me where i can go, and am able to unload my enclosed trailer that will be full of jet skis in California or Oregon?

Oceanside, Ca but I have never rode in Oregon.

In Oregon, I know of Waldport (Harbor launch), Tierra Del Mar (beach launch), and Garibaldi (beach launch).
I am sure there are other places.

Pismo! You can unload right on the beach and even camp there and ride your bikes if you have them.

In Southern California the main surf riding spot is Oceanside. If you have an enclosed trailer (Toybox) then you can camp right at Oceanside Harbor. You can't actually ride a ski at the beaches in Oceanside, from the harbor, you must ride North about 2mi into the Camp Pendleton Marine base to ride. Central Cal's main spot is Pismo. You can camp right on the beach in the sand and ride your ski right in the surf there. You can also ride mx/quads in the dunes.
