That is going to make stroker lameys almost obsolete  You think I am joking. That 66e is just a bigger motor, larger everything (crank, reeds, pistons, displacement) Once you take the time and do it up right it is an absolute beast, especially in a 70lb hull. That power to weight ration is insane.

DJ, that motor is a bored out gp800 motor.

If I am not mistaken the gp800 cylinders were designed by Dan Lamey. I think I heard that somewhere.

Holy crap!!! Whats the 950cc out of??? Beautiful job!! :hail:

GP800 engine with like an 88mm bore (on resleeved cylinders). You can take the stock bore to 927cc.

Unfortunately Jeff is the only one making a pipe for it :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

absolutely beautiful lines on that ski... I want to see more pics!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the only thing that's kinda scetchy is that pole... it looks like it would chop a finger right off... is there a decent amount of space between the pole and hood??

Damn...950 cc out of an 800PV motor. I bet that thing rips. Holy cow....and only 70lbs. ********, my stocker weighs 120lbs without a hood.

NICE.

Couple questions for you:
Did you buy/build the motor or did he put it in there?
Can you tell us what the whole package set you back?
Does it float?
Very nice ski. Not that I really "need" anything like that, but it would be cool. I bet that thing will just do the tricks for you and let you ride along.

Jeff makes those poles. Absoloutly the last pole you will ever buy. Billit bottom and mount are at the base w/ carbon fiber shaft and integrated handle pole pad. And it is really not that much more than an x-metal pole w/ carbon chin pad. I wish I bought one for my squarenose sj, I just liked the looks of the XFT pole. Jeff is a hell of a rider and he test this stuff all the time. That is high quality billit used in that pole. I hear it even improves handling b/c that pole does not flex. You will need a strong pole base though w/ a reinforced nose area.

maybe these are the reasons he has been so slow in getting gear out, looks like he has been very busy designing and making new gear.

that stuff looks awsome. i hope the best we need more of this kind of stuff in circulation

Absoloutly. He is constantly making revisions to stuff which is why he does not mass produce anything, it is all made to order. If he has a way to make it better he will. All parts are made to order on an individual basis to your specs. It takes time but it is ridden to the max and he makes killer stuff. I wish we could get some video of Jeff, he rides hard. Very cool guy. My buddy is going out to Oregan this fall and is stoping buy his shop to see the new boat.

All you surf guys that keep breaking poles..............give Jeff a call. This pole is all billit. No cast aluminum parts on it! That is some thick stuff and your ski will go before the pole.

There's a good amount of space between the side of the pole and the hood, check the pictures.
