Get the wet chit out (all of it even the stuff thats not wet) and replace with foam that doesnt absorb water and add hull drain to rear of ski

do a search there's plenty of threads like this one

Pink home depot insulation foam. Do a search on here for 'foam' and you should find more info.. It's been covered quite a few times for sure. Good luck! Defoaming sucks.

I used the typical plastic drain plugs you find on most sit downs on my ski rather than the small metal plugs people were using. I got the pair for 9$ from JetManiac, include stainless screws.

1/2 pvc tube, route it just like the steering cable tube(the black one in your pic).
You can use a heat gun to bend the tube like the stock one.

No, I did mine on the opposite side. You can do it above the steering one if you want to. I just decided to go the opposite.

It's the white tube on the left.

PM the user Jetmaniac.
Left side will be easier to seal and get a heat gun to bend it around.
I believe they usually pull from the left.

ok i just ordered new drain plugs off ebay for $9 they looked like yours in the pic,ill get some foam and should have this bad baby glassed up by next weekend ill post some more pics or start a build thread im probably gonna just paint the ski up for the hell of it we'll see.unless it gets hot as a mofo out then im just gonna start riding
