Nice........looks pretty dialed! I didn't anybody would play today...I was sitting staring out the window like a bummed kid on a rainy day!

Aww man.... You know I don't work in the rain. Yup, the boat is riding good enough and I need to stop thinking about making it better:no:

Nice riding. So moving the pole mount gives you a lot more leverage on the nose, correct?

Yup, it made one of the most noticable difference on handling out of all the mods I've tried. Getting my weight front to back is a subtle movement now where befor I was really throwing myself into it. It also makes to ski rotate quicker around the nose:bigok:

that vid was sweet..great surf ridin...looked like the nose stayed nice and high where a normal woulda been pearlin

Moving the pole mount makes it so I can get my weight on the tail without trying too. Riding it befor moving the mount I was still nosediving. Now I can get the nose in the water enough to set-up on turn in's but when it did go under it is easier to ride out. It's feeling more like I riding it with my weight and not as much driving it with throttle and steering.

nice joe..el ripping

Rode the boat twice last weekend with the moved pole mount and kart tank. Moving the pole mount made a big difference on handling. I've made my boat ride light in the nose and have problems getting enough weight forward on launchs and landings. Not no more... Now I'm over-rotating and noseing in on my landings and need to adjust my riding. Kart tank not such a good idea... Ran out of gas on my 2nd ride and walked the boat @ 1/4 mile against the tide.

Rode today with the stock tank. Kart tank had me too light in the nose and now I like how it's handling.

Small chop, side shore wind @20 and pouring... Had the beach to myself, it was a good day:naughty:

This is still a "work in progress" :aargh4: Here's this years batch of hacks. First the nose has been cut back some with the bottom rocker extending above the bondline:

I went full circle on the tail... I cut a bunch off then slowly added it back. The back corners are back to the stock hull length and the rideplate is still at -3in. So far I'm like how this works instead of how a short hull with long rideplate handles.

Added a recess to the front of the tray. This works nice:biggthumpup: I can widen my stance witch makes it easier to get low and move my weight back and forth. Also move the exhaust outlet again and gave 1 of the boobs on my hood a reduction.
