F0X-U1481-00-00 or F0X-U1481-10-00 will not fit - the cable it too big to go through the tube into the hull

Actually it will fit if you slightly bore out the cable lock part on the pump side.

I just put a steering cable in my new hull and I pulled it out of my pile of spare cables, im not 100% sure but I think it came from a 2000 gp760 I parted out, I did have to bore the thru hull fitting to make it fit as the cable was just a little bigger, but I used a kawi fitting on this hull because they are brass and not plastic. This cable also has 4.5" of throw, has the heavyduty ends on it and is the same length as the stock sj cable, it is a black cable with a red stripe if that helps. I can get a pick of it later if you want
