Super Jet Superjet starter problem's

I just finished putting back together my 94 Superjet and i thought i had wired it right. I hit the start button it starts fine, But the starter wont shut off until i disconect the negative off the battery. I tryed switching the two positives cables going to the starter relay and the same thing happened. Could it be a toast starter relay??

Relay sticking...if water got in ebox it can damage relay too.

Its a brand new relay, i haven't put it in the water. That's gonna have to wait till next may/June

Rule out a sticking start button by disconnecting brown n red connector at ebox...then take needle nose plyers and touch both contact points on ebox side which will bypass start button n connect relay for juice to starter.

Swapped out the relay with one from my other ski, crappy cheap relay off ebay.
