Super Jet Superjet stalling issue

So I was riding up in pismo and everytime the nose of my ski dipped underwater( even the slightest amount) my motor would stall. It would then start right back up with no problems. It did not feel like water was getting into the carb or anything.

Any ideas on what might be the problem? because it is really annoying to stall every 2 minutes
