i have a 1999 superjet and was wondering if a single 46 or 48 was worth having for freestyle/surf/freeride??

I would keep the stockers on there.

If you want more out of those, get them modified by Jetworks. They do a very nice, inexpensive mod job on them.

what about if you have all the goodies? I have a single blackjack 48mm but not sure whether it would be better than lightly modified dual 38's? We talking bottom end hit...

an msd and a pipe is about all you need in the surf if that

I ride 100% surf with msd, stock size AM head, Bpipe w/mod chamber, and a 44 mikuni carb. it has plenty of power in the surf. Im swapping jets out next week but other than that the 44 is plenty untill I have a chance to save up for a 46 or 48 after I buy a new prop
