oooooo thats bad. Best luck it to use one of those screw removers. But all that rust makes me thing that youll need to soak it in penetrating oil for a week to have even a hope of getting it out

Best of luck man, I had the little screw bust off that holds the float arm down. After a attempt to drill out what was left the carb became junk.

Best course of action is to find a nice clean replacement. With the rust I see it may be your best option. You can find one for $50-$75
