superjet nose piece

as you'll see, my nose is pretty F***ed up, so i decided to fix it, but didn't know how exactly i wanted to go about doing it...so i said to hell with it, and made a mold out of my roomates ski. what do ya think? it's a work in progress, but i think it'll turn out good. before i put the pieces on, i plan to re-enforce it from the inside, at the same time "patching" the damaged areas with smaller pieces of glass, then work my way up to bigger pieces, THEN install the new molds, with rivits, epoxy, maybe some more glass, probably some 5200.

any sugestions?

well, i took a grinder to the damaged areas that were cracked, so it wouldn't continue to crack.
