What are you water screws set at on the pipe?

the 08-up impeller usually wakes up with a pump cone on it. I'm surprised you are having issues and would attribute them to either carbueration or water screw settings on the pipe. A dried out pipe makes power.

well so far ive rdden with all a quater open which was eh the other day i rode with all closed which was terrible and one time i dide top middle closed and then bottom a quater open but i just feel it should be running alot better and i cant figure it out.

Best bottom end I've ever noticed was parallel dual cooling(1 line to pipe, 1 line to motor)

bottom and middle screws closed, top open 1/8-1/4

(*just remember with parallel cooling there is much more pipe pressure so you have to close way in on the screw) with single cool or dual cool through the motor first, the water pressure in the pipe is lower so you may have to open the screw more than that. The number or turns is arbitrary, just dial it in where the pipe sizzles but wont melt hoses.
