superjet momentarily looses power while riding

square nose with a 2008 701 engine dual carbs

while riding on occasion pulling the throttle full in will only give like 25% power
if i go all off the throttle for a quick second then back on i have power again ?
sometimes i have to do that 2 or 3 times

happens like once every 30 minutes

i used carb cleaner spraying in the intake but its still happening

Rebuild the carbs. Spraying carb cleaner in the carb intake does nothing to help clean out the carb. If you've never had the carbs opened up, you'll also need to drill out the high and low speed adjuster capsto get to them. Mine did the same thing and after removing the caps, found my high speed screws were both lightly seated fully in. After setting them back to factory, the problem went away.

Weird problem being so intermittent. Rebuilding the carbs or at least taking them apart and cleaning is a good first start. Make sure you blow air to clean the small filter basket.
Could also be something as simple as a dirty or failing in line fuel filter (in the line coming out of the fuel tank) Could simply remove the filter and see if the problem goes away. If so, replace it.
Could also be a small leak somewhere in the exhaust which takes a while to build up enough fumes to effect the incoming air to the carbs.
Good luck. Hate these intermittent hard to reproduce on shore problems...
