Superjet idles great but has no power

Hello, this is my first time posting on this forum. I have a superjet 2015 with a b pipe on it. I took it to the water and everything was fine then all of a sudden I had no power the ski starts and idles like normal but once its in the water I can barely get enough speed to stand up, when I go above quarter throttle I dont get anything all the power is gone.

I tried replacing the CDI with a used one I had laying around that didn’t help. I checked the pressure its was 150 on the back and 148 on the front. I also replaced the carb with a used one thats working and still nothing. Replace the spark plugs and checked the coils using a coil tester everything seems to be working. I’m really stuck on this issue I’ve been on it for a few weeks but im not sure what is the problem has anyone experienced this problem before?

Before you check anything else , check for water in the fuel, what you posted is a dead on symptom of water in the fuel, a few of us have been down this road before.

I just cleaned the fuel tank and the fuel filter but still the ski has no power. Anyone has any ideas what I should try next Im very confused a
Since most of the parts are new

Bad reeds will defiantly cause this, to check the reeds remove the flame arrestor top cover and the flame arrestor screen, crank the ski. with the ski running place your hand over the carb a few inches away from it , now rev the engine, do you feel any pressure coming back up through the carbs, if so the reeds are toast.

Hello I couldn’t tell if there is any back pressure but I just took out the reeds and this is what I have do you know how I can inspect it when its out?

Check the Exhaust Pipe connections and Silicone Coupler Clamps. Check the Water Box Hose connections too.

Maybe the Silicone Coupler has a tear in it. Feel around the Coupler with your Fingers. Is there a lot of Oil near the Silicone Coupler?

Possible Exhaust Leak contaminating the Fresh Air Supply to Engine. Dirty Air = No Power

And you inspected the Jet Pump and Intake Grate for clogs?

A Saudi Arabian friend swore my jetting specs weren't right, then he found a ton of seaweed clogging up the Pump. No Water = No Thrust

There is a lot of Seaweed in those Waters....

Look for rope, fishing line, plastic bags, seaweed, fish heads, debris and trash.

Post a photo of your Engine Bay
I check the exhaust coupler it seems to be in good condition. I forgot to check the water hose but I will do that next. I also inspected the Jet Pump and Intake Grate they don’t seem to be clogged or anything.

What other part could cause this problem at this point I'm willing to try anything just to get it running great again

I will upload pictures as soon as I could

Once in a great while a Yamaha "charge" coil will go out. It's the main power generating coil for the ignition. You need to backprobe the brown wire with white stripe coming from the stator....put your other meter lead to ground. Start it up and watch AC voltage. should be 30 volts +/-. Then start trying to rev it up and watch the voltage. IF IT DROPS OUT....you have a charge coil bad on the stator. IF IT'S WORKING.....as you rev it the voltage will INCREASE with RPM.
