Superjet fuel filters.

Curious. 1990 - 650 SN and 1994 - 701 SN . Is there one or two fuel filters on these skis ? Both of mine have two. One by the side rail ( with chock valve) and one near the fuel tank (without chock valve ). The schematics that I see only have one. If there is two, are both supposed to have chock valves.

1 Water fuel separator and 1 fuel filter.

The fuel filter has two spigots (inlet/outlet). The water filter also has two spigots, but also a drain at the bottom of it. The water filter is part of the breather system for the fuel tank.

Ok. Both of mine have two fuel filters and one seperator. Never really thought about until it hit me. Just didn't seem right. I will remove the second one. Thanx.

Only reason you would do that is if you are running a separate pickup to each carb.

Makes sense WFO Speedracer. Weird though. Both of mine had two. And from two different sellers. When I really started to think about it - it didn't make any sense.
