Super Jet Superjet crank question

So I'm looking at buying 2002 Superjet with a 62t motor. Problem is, when I went to look at it the hull had been sitting for 3 months with water in the hull up to the bottom of the motor and the hood closed and latched. The ski was stored inside but the owner had forgot to pump out the water after the last ride of the season. I hooked up the battery and pumped out the water with the bilge pump. I took out the plugs and looked in the cylinders with a fiber light and they looked good, no rust to be seen. I did a compression check and it showed 150 psi even on both cylinders. Started it up and it ran fine (only ran it for about 5 sec). My question: should I be worried about the crankshaft bearings rusting from the hull having water in it and sitting for that long. I can get a base gasket and head gasket for about $40, if I buy it should I pull the head and cylinders to inspect the bearings or should I just run it? I had crank bearing failure on a gp800 I purchased last year and I dont want to go through that again. Just not sure if 3 months is enough time for the crank to get bad enough.

if the water was on the out side of the motor then I wouldn't worry about it if it runs fine with good compression. If water sat in the motor for 3 months the crank would be locked up and wouldn't run.

I am very anal, I would pull the motor and inspect further but thats me. If you are getting a good deal then it's worth it. If it's a stock head compression is sounds right

Thanks for the replys, to the best of my knowledge there has been no water inside the motor. I have spun the motor coupler with my hand and everything seems smooth with no noise. Any other suggestions on how to test if the crank is rusty without taking apart the motor?

You never know what you are going to find. The pic i posted was from a similar situation, though the hull was dry when i bought it. ski had been sitting for a year or two and had good compression and i ran it for 15 seconds before i took the ski apart but it obviously had moisture in there at some point
