Superjet Coffman Sizzler pipe overheating

Hi everyone I have a SJ 650 with a Coffman Sizzler exhaust. The ski ran great for a couple of years and then all of a sudden the pipe started become so hot to the point of it actually sizzling. I've blown air and water through the lines but that didn't help. So I took apart the engine and exhaust and clean all the ports and water ways on the block, head, manifold, and head pipe. But still the pipe continues to sizzle after only 30 seconds of riding. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate the help!

Post a pic of your cooling line setup? Seized flow control valve? Bad head pipe gasket? How much water flows out the pisser when you're riding?

It is a dual pisser set up. The gasket seems to be just fine. I talked to Coffman this morning and they said the I probably have a carbon clog in a small hole in my head pipe that allows water to get to the pipe. I checked it out and sure enough I found the hole to be clogged, so I drilled it out just a bit. Now I just need to take it to some water and try it out again.
