I removed the fly wheel. Loosened the stator and made sure it was seated and timed correctly. Everything looked good..
I tried a working CDI and it was teh same thing.. ( I dont think the Ebox was ever opened)
The plugs are fairly new.. Ill put a new set in..

Off Topic but same issue... 763 afyer milling the top case down 1mm. First startup, not sure if I loaded the pipe too much after prime for good lubrication. 1 rotation, 2 rotations, 3 rotat.... BOOOOOM! Caught some fiberglass in the face alonf with styrofoam from the inner nose insert. Waterbox blew apart in the ski. Did a tear down, no issues. Switching from 61x to a 62t setup. (Simply because I haven't and eztra 61x cdi). The client was next to the ski when it happened. Hoping our issues are similar pending you've found a solution.

Problem solved.

I hate to say this and ill most likely get laughed at / bashed / made fun of / told to get the f*** of this site for being so stupid.... My issue the entire time was spark plugs, Im pretty sure atleast....:banghead:
The ski doesnt back fire anymore. The ski started several times, idled, revved perfectly, BUT now ive got a new problem... The ski has ZERO power? Thinking the switch is bad or i blew the fuse.... Ill dig into it tomorrow.
