Surfriding superfreakhulls, whats best for towing and keeping water out of rear tray pocket?

I had same cooling line problem on my old glass freak, didn't realize it until the tray got pressurized so much by the cooling water that it started breaking a foothold out where it was glassed to tray.. And made leaks all around tray/bulkhead. I looked inside tray with a vid scope and was it corroded all along cooling tube. I Sealed off corroded tube and drilled/installed a new cooling tube next to it. Then re epoxed all leaks.. Didn't wanna cut tray open. Kinda dreading this happening on our carbon freaks..although it would prob. make more difficult to build, Stainless cooling tubes would be a nice option.
