Alright so i already have the complete top deck removed. Saved the bulkhead. Defoamed. right now it weighs 61.6 with a pump shoe and bulkhead. Tomorrow i will sand and remove the ribs.

Seriously...you ripped into that thing fast! I would've taken me close to 4-5 hours just to defoam a normal ski.
