Bought a project yesterday and it seems the motor is toast. This thing must have been sitting on the bottom of a lake to be this bad full of water. And they even left me a note in the combustion chamber! Sweet of them.
I planned on a full rebuild anyway and to probably clear over the sweet decals to keep them nice for as long as possible. There’s a lot of 650 donor skis around Little Rock but not a lot of 701 options. Should I wait for the 701 or just get a nice running 650 in there and keep it stock ish?
