What the hell do i do? I left it in my canal overnite(damn idiot) and it rained a little i guess, it was about halfway under(hood seal just barely underwater). So i bailed all the water out and got it out now what should i do to it??

Take the plugs out, and turn it over to see if water comes out. Bail the water out, take it out riding, take it back in and COAT it in Liquid Film or CRC.

What Shonuff said & If water reached the elec. box remove it and make sure its dry in there as well. I personaly would remove stator cover and make sure its dry in there as well.

The most important thing is to get it running again NOW and ride it for a good 20+ minutes to get all of the water out. After that you might want to do the inspections of the stator and E-box, but only after you get the engine running again. If you don't, you'll end up spending a ton of money.
