Just a quick question...i want to just clean up my solas prop because its pretty chewed up and don't want to wait a few weeks to send it to impros or sbt.

How do you suggest i take off some of the carnage just with a little grinder or pneumatic sander or something? any suggestions?

Use a good quality File. I would do it by hand.
Maybe then follow it with one of these.

I beat the nicked/bent edges on the anvil part of a vise with a flat hammer before I file them down. If your skilled in Neanderthal repairs you won't have much filing to do.
