Super Jet Stuck ebox bracket

I have the stock ebox. I can't get it open because there are 2 screws under the mounting brackets. I have soaked, heated, pried, beat and twisted at the brackets and they haven't budged at all. Anyone have any tips or tricks to get these out?

If I beat on the bolt any harder, I will probably break the flange.
If I twist on the bracket harder (trying to unscrew it), it will just bend.
If I put any more heat on it, something will certainly melt or crack.
Using PB blaster 2 soak, and that is not cutting it.

I was going to soak it in chem dip, but I can't soak it unless I get the box open and empty out the content. The only other thing I can think of is to drill a hole in the bracket so I can take the screw out, and once I have removed the electronics, I can soak the whole box.

Thanks.

No, nuts came off fine. Couldn't get the bracket off.

I did end up getting the bracket off. I was gentle on it for a few days, soaking, heat, etc. Today I pretty much wrote it off, deciding it was coming apart or I was going to break it, no in between. I used a pair of adjustable pliers on the bracket closer to the bolt and cranked on it as hard as I could (like I was trying to unscrew it). It finally gave and came apart. I can't believe it didn't break with as hard as I was torquing on it.

The ebox was stuck on the studs?

I had the same issue because I mounted a steel bracket for a bilge switch on that stud. The dissimilar materials got to work quick and it was stuck good after one season. How I got mine out worked pretty good. I soaked it for a little bit, then with a punch and a hammer I striked the center of the stud a few times. Popped it loose enough where I could work it out.

Put some heat shrink tube on that bolt. That might do the trick. I've used it since I had the same problem as you had.
