Just a few quick questions to our FL brothers...

What is that area about?
Any riders actually live there or around? Well, I know some of you do.
Real estate?
Jobs?
Population?
Surf? Riding spots?
Regulations?
Etc, etc, etc, I want to hear as much as I can about the area...

Dustin Farthing use to live there, think he may have moved when he started his construction business.

stuart is a DEAD town and has been for years. not sure about very close-by riding spots

west palm is about 30-45 minutes south of there, some decent nightlife and what not, being close to sebastian and daytona is a plus. farthing lives in port st lucie now i believe.


other than what saki and charlie said, there really isn't much else to it

Stuart is a sleeper city, where you can still buy a house for a decent price, and right in the middle between WPB and PSL. It will be the next 'Boom' area.

I have heard unsubstantiated rumors of elevated cancer levels in the area, being blamed on the nuclear plant there, which is helping to keep the property market slow.:bigeyes:

West Palm Beach is 'Built out' and people are starting to move in this area, so it would be a good long term investment IMO.

I dont know about riding spots there in Stuart. It's a sleepy town but i'm sure theres jetskiing there.


I would just take the drive to Sebastian if i lived there.
