Super Jet stripped pilot jet

anybody been here before? just rebuilt this p.o.s. and put in all new internal screws as somebody rounded em all out and now this:shocked:this thing is really pissing me off the threads on the jet look fine as far as I can see so I figure the carb is screwed up

Anyway to run a "original size" tap in there to clean up the threads? or is it to far gone? I don't know if there is a way to get a larger O.D. jet size to be able to cut new (bigger) threads...New carb in your near future??

Ive drilled them out to original size and cleaned up the threads. Gotta be super careful, take your time, ive only messed up one so far.
