Super Jet Stripped jugs?

Alright guys I rode my ski today, had alot of fun. When I brought her back in I retorqued the bolts on the ada head like the instructions say. I torqued one bolt down and it was only at about 20ft. lbs. It was a cheap Lowe's bolt that I used as a temporary fix until I get mcmaster bolts. It seemed to break free at the 20 ft. lbs. I pulled the bolt out to make sure I wasn't going to rip rip the head of the bolt off. All looked fine so I went to tighten it back in. It threaded in fine but when I tried to torque it down it just spins. I threaded the bolt out some and it seems snug. Has anybody ever had this happen before? I torqued them down to what people recommended and all the other bolts are fine, this one is the only problem. It is right by the girdle so the ski should still run fine without it, but it ticks me off because I just installed the head and have <5 hours on the ski. I am going to order a new set of bolts and install those.

If it's the threads on the cylinder you can use a helicoil or time sert. I've had good luck with both if they are installed correctly.

I have this stuff that I bought to do other repairs on aluminum. It's more work than a helicoil but IDK if it will work better or worse. It's this right here

Alright well I plan on fixing this problem in the very near future. What type of heli coil do you recommend and do I need to purchase new o-rings for the ada head or do I re-use the old ones?

Maybe try a little longer bolt (in the one hole) to get past the stripped area.Check depth of the hole first.

Before the heli coil......
