Strange dual cooling set up?

I recently bought a bob gen 2 with a stock 61x/61x in it. I pulled the motor Sunday night to swap in a ported 62t 713 I have. I really don’t want to heat seize this motor so I’d like to get this set up right. Let me know if this cooling set up seems as odd as it seems.. bulkhead inlet #1— T to two lines into separate manifold inlets, bulkhead inlet #2— straight overboard to pisser, bottom of headpipe—- back of head, front of head—-straight overboard to pisser, top of hp—- stinger with T to a 3rd pisser and fcv.

I’m not sure if this is some set up I’ve never seen but it just seems weird to have the second inlet going straight to a pisser. Any recommended set up otherwise?

If your running a high compression head and aftermarket exhaust and porting then you should probably switch it to dual cooling and run both buckheads lines through the engine. Get rid of the T from the bulkhead to the manifold and run it straight into one of the manifold inlets. Then run the other bulkhead inlets into the other manifold inlet. It's kind of pointless to just dump it straight out a pisser. The rest of the setup is pretty normal for dual cooling.
