stock turf as underpad?

im about to turf my superjet today and it currently has the stock turf. i was wondering if anyone has turfed over the stock stuff with any luck?? i thought it would be a bit cushier on the feet. would it last? id only be doing the floor not the sides.

My friend did that and it did not turn out well. It's peeling up and will have to be done right this winter.

Id agree to it being a bad idea. If its in anywhere near the condition my fx1 stock turf was it wouldnt hold up long. And the fx turf wasnt in bad shape. Just order some underpadding if your worried about it. The padding i got for my fx1 was enough for like 3 trays.
