Stock pole

My sj rn stock pole has play where it rivets to the pole. Is this a common problem?

yep, it happens. there are several threads on reinforcing them/shortening/adding stainless hardware over rivets.

Yep, there are plently of ways to fix it. But you should definitely consider fixing it now before it breaks.
