Super Jet Stock Flame Arrestor w/ Internal Cones to Prevent Water Ingestion?

There was company awhile back that was selling these "cones" that go inside of the stock FAs that help prevent water ingestion. Does anyone recall the company name or their thread?

I cannot find it in New Releases thread or by searching google images.

Thanks for looking. If I recall correctly, the setup came with a new base plate for dual 38s that had holes drilled in it to allow water out. Also, the "cones" that I am referring to screwed into the plate but still allowed you to use the stock cover.

Similar base. The ring that fastens the base plate to the top of the carb in the picture below is only 3/16 tall or so. The only I'm trying to find that is shaped like a cylinder/cone and is roughly 2'' tall.
