If you get a '93 or later reduction nozzle it will have a bilge siphon tube (although clarify, because many have been removed) directly off the nozzle and you can just plug that pressure dump at the stator. That little plastic piece is just a venturi that the large pressure dumps through to make a vacuum. Yami figured out There was better way 4 years later.
In the mean time you can just let it flop there without the mounting bolts. just make sure everything is clamped up nicely and it won't go anywhere and will still be functional. I would replace it with the updated system though as these tend to clog.
