How do I change the pop-off? I thinks it's set at 20 psi right now from the previous pipe I was running.
Start out by reading this:

Go over it, and over it. Learn it well. It will help you out. I actually carry a copy of it in my toolbox to refer to when I need to check my self. It helped me understand the workings of the carbs very well.
As far as the jetting goes. I believe the Main jet was 135, and the pilot was a 115. The low speed and high speed screw settings I do not remember. That was several years since then. A good rule of thumb is to start a 1 to 1-1/2 turns out and then adjust richer or leaner as needed.
Remeber to write down you setting for future reference so you will know where you started from if you made a adjustment for the worse. And then write down you final settings for this very same reason.
