Went out for first ride today and The new build ran pretty good. The JM 735 feels really snappy and smooth. Few small issues. First, had some bogging after riding for a while but I think its from junk from the gas tank that sat for a while got the fuel filter pretty full of crap. The other thing is that the finger throttle is super stiff. Mt hand was pretty tired pretty fast! I has a ADA throttle wheel and it did seem firm while turning it by hand before connecting the cable, but now that it is all connected it is stiff as heck. The cable is a bit long which I assume is the case for a lot of people, but what tips do you guys have to loosen this up. Need to get this done before the Dells Ride next weekend!

try to lube the spring, and the cable. http://www.amazon.com/Tusk-Cable-Lube-Kit/dp/B0039O2OAI
and make sure you have enough free play in the lever, should move about a nickles width before engaging the cable.

If your throttle wheel is stiff to move your throttle shaft is in need of some service. It's probably corroding in the bore making it bind up.
