starter removal

I have a 94 sn and the starter is clicking, I was going to just take the exaust manifold to make it easy. How do you get the front bottom bolt out because it is a allen head bolt? It just seems way to small to get any sort of allen wrench into. Thanks for the help.

Unless you have a stock exhaust manifold, there is no reason to take it off to remove the starter.
Two 12mm bolts hold the starter to the cases.

Make sure you can turn over the engine by hand (with spark plugs out)

first eliminate a bad ground by: hook up a negative jumper cable to neg battery....then the other neg jumper cable to a head bolt...check and clean positive connection too...
