started my foot holds

Got round to doing the first steps to puting my foot holds in , long way to go yet but the first fits look good, yes i am making them myself, part of the hobby for me ,

back to the work shop on monday to weld them all up ready for final fit next week,

Are you going to seal them and glass them in? Looks like you may fill your ski full of water with those.

Also need some ankle reliefs up the sides those holds look painful but nice metal work anyway.

yes they will be fully sealed then smoothed and glassed in , as i say this is the first fit before i move on,

on the rear part of the foothold just run the return flange directly to the face then you won't be bruising your feet up on those 90 degree edges.

i get ya , hopefully when finished there will be no 90 degree edges , lot of work still to do , this was just to make sure i have the shape and position correct,

z00m.. you have a really nice ski. I always enjoy when you share information. Not many ride a 650 but yours is so clean.
