ss865 help

hey guys i have a ss865 and i noticed xs only makes the ss900 now is it thesame sleeves and cylinder with bigger piston starting size ?? atm my start size on my cylinder is 88mm and i bnoticed the ss900 starts at 90mm can i fit 90mm in my 865 or do i have toreplace sleeves >? i tried emailing xream numerous times but i get no responce !! can some please help me thanks

865 bores are 88 to 90mm, 88mm =827, 89 = 846 and 90= 865. Yes you can final bore to 90mm.

The 900 is new sleeves, same cylinder I believe. @clouse22 can you confirm? I know he sent his 865 down to scream last year and they rebuilt it into the 900.

I would give them a call, they always pick up when I have called.

yes same cylinder....they just install new sleeves to move the first bore up to 865cc

they still carry all the parts for the 865 bores as well

thanks for all the info guys !!!! apreciate it! i just got a email from rick so all good he said they are diffrentsleeves in the 900 so i will justrun my 865 on final bore then when its time is up get thebigger 900 sleeves installed !! long life motor in my opinion !
