I assembled the engine. How much squish is recommends? I had 1,64mm (piston to head) and compression 29,5cc (measured) wiseco 82,5mm

I used 1,5mm base gasket and 24cc TBM domes.

What are you doing with the engine, racing, freestyle or just general riding?

1.64mm works out to be .065" so would be a safe squish to run the engine at.
